Please sync r-cran-fansi 1.0.6-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Uncomment the Debian patch to get tests passing again.
* Uncomment the Debian patch to get tests passing again.
The patch has been enabled on Debian side as well.

* Team upload
* Re-activate the patch to make the tests pass again.
