Please sync r-cran-bigmemory 4.6.4-2 (universe) from Debian unstable

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Adjust the expected output of the "ensure char matrix behaves like signed
byte" for !amd64 architectures.
This bug is fixed in Debian upstream and therefore this delta is no
longer needed.
