Public bug reported:

When running an snmp* command that uses -m ALL, an error is reported:

$ snmptable -v3 [*skipped auth] localhost -m ALL [skipped tablename]
Bad operator (INTEGER): At line 73 in /usr/share/snmp/mibs/ietf/SNMPv2-PDU
SNMP table: ...

This bug is complained on by other people on the Net. It doesn't depend on any
of the MIBs that I've tried.
It is the same for Ubuntu 22.04..24.10.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu 24.10
Release:        24.10

$ apt-cache policy snmp
snmp:
  Installed: 5.9.4+dfsg-1.1ubuntu4.1
  Candidate: 5.9.4+dfsg-1.1ubuntu4.1

Expected: No error messages 'Bad operator (INTEGER)..'
Actually happened: The error message shown: 'Bad operator (INTEGER)..'

** Affects: net-snmp (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
