Thanks, Timo! > if this should be the only SRU of these uploads, then the source packages should be built without -v so that other bugs fixed in the packaging won't be treated as SRU
> or if those should be SRU bugs as well, then fix the description of at least 2098661 and 2099941 (for docker.io-app, didn't look further) The reason I used -v when building the source packages was to ensure that the changelogs would be listed for better visibility given we are backporting multiple previous versions in some instances (just like as we do when merging from Debian). In the case of these backports then, is this a bad practice of hinders the SRU review process somehow? Note that then, the only changelog entry available will be the one mentioning the backporting. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2085187 Title: Backport of container-stack for plucky To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/containerd-app/+bug/2085187/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
