Public bug reported:
Under Kopete-kde4 I go to settings, and choose behaviour. Under the
general tab, I tap Open Messages instantly simply because I don't like
the popup. After it is selected I hit OK to save my settings. But
whenever I open settings again, there is nothing bubbled in and the
messages have the popup.
