Public bug reported:

System: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
Kernel: 6.15.0-061500-generic (mainline)
CPU/APU: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 (Phoenix)
Driver: amdgpu

Issue:
The system freezes randomly under light or idle load unless the boot parameter
`amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x12` is used.

This disables PSR (Panel Self Refresh) and ABM (Adaptive Backlight
Management), both of which seem to cause instability in current amdgpu
driver versions.

With this kernel parameter, the system becomes completely stable.

Please consider:
- Disabling PSR/ABM by default for these APUs
- Or implementing a dynamic detection/workaround
