I can confirm similar issues. My media keys aren't working, also the "search"
button, "favorites", "homepage", "email", "messenger" and "calculator".
However, "standby" works, and ctrl+alt+L for locking the screen doesn't.
I can reproduce this only with metacity enabled, but I don't think that's the
right package to assign this bug since it hasn't changed for about a month.
I'm running uptodate hardy with kernel 2.6.24-3, xorg 7.3+10ubuntu2, and
gnome-control-center 2.21.4-0ubuntu1.
