Ah, I see now. Our socket activation logic silently refuses sockets from
systemd that are not AF_INET or AF_INET6. The socket is not closed or
anything, hence why the connection attempt just hangs.

We should fix this in the socket activation code so that the drop-in I
suggested above actually works. In that case, there is not actually a
need for [email protected], which requires modifying Accept= anyways.
