Public bug reported:
On riscv64 systems the command `snap debug connectivity` fails with
$ snap debug connectivity
Connectivity status:
* api.snapcraft.io: unreachable
error: 1 servers unreachable
The same does not occur on amd64 and arm64:
$ snap debug connectivity
Connectivity status:
* PASS
My expectation is that all architectures should work the same.
