Given how close we are to oracular's end of life, and the ease of
working around it, I'm inclined to mark this as Won't Fix - things would
have to go very smoothly here to release this before the end of life.
I'm marking it incomplete, as it doesn't seem worth pursuing and teward
also is still assigned to it.
