When I using fractional scaling, and switch from 200% to 125, there is some
problility to see the wrong contents nearby display GUI.
issue can be reproduced on Sifive P550, with internal GPU or external AMD RX550
GPU.
NOTE: this is random issue. The probability is around 50%.
