SRU uploads end up in the unapproved queue, where a member of the SRU
team reviews them and if accepted, they end up in the -proposed pocket.
I've reviewed the changes, and while this is a new upstream release and
you don't have a standing exception for it, the changes are fairly small
and your testing seems to cover the ways this is used.
