A few items to note:

* The addition of the libpython3.13-dev dep is no longer required (and I'm not
sure that's a desirable way to work around that particular failure either)
* The patch to fix the dh_python3 build failure is more complex than required.
The trailing space after "Requests: " is what causes it to get picked as a
"legitimate" requirements line (also there's no need to tweak PKG-INFO -- it's
regenerated in the build process anyway)
* I'm don't think this should be limited to amd64, arm64, and armhf

I've tweaked the patch to be more minimal (another method would be to
use --no-guessing-deps in dh, but that would then require the numpy
dependency to be explicitly listed), and added a "Forwarded: no" header
(personally I think this is actually a bug in dh_python3 rather than
something that needs forwarding).

I don't see a particular need to limit the archs this runs on, given
we're including amd64 (a non-Pi architecture), and the only dependency
of numpy is pretty universal. Hence I've changed the arch specifier in
d/control to "any".

Finally, I've cut down the changelog to include just the "uploaded to
ubuntu" entry, and added this bug as a reference. Otherwise, this looks
good, thanks! Sponsoring for questing
