Well, I am not an expert, but my understanding it that some IRQ stuff is handle by APIC and since initial bug description shows that 'pin D routed to IRQ19' then I would not say that it has *nothing* to do. So I still would like to know if "pci=routeirq" helps, even if I agree I doubt so.
