Hello, @markgrandi, thanks much for reporting this bug and help make
Ubuntu better.
You mentioned this happens as part of an upgrade - and the report
indicates it was an upgrade to Plucky. I can reproduce this issue simply
by:
- launching an oracular container
- apt update && apt dist-upgrade -y
- apt install rabbitmq-server
- do-release-upgrade
From there, running rabbitmq-server gives the following log:
Kernel pid terminated (application_controller)
("{application_start_failure,rabbit,{failed_to_initialize_feature_flags_registry,{rabbit,start,[normal,[]]}}}")
Missing feature flags is something that was mentioned before for
different versions, like in
