lexicon before version 3.5.4 is not compatible to tldextract 3.x, see

The fix can be found at https://github.com/dns-lexicon/dns-
lexicon/commit/c178101f41ac38cce4448ca1efa94d68896f3d20#diff-88b564723b498fac0f48ea5f0c4e40627c3c9f0c362e2eacbaca89a267d77312
(the relevant part is attached) and should be easy to backport.
