Public bug reported:
[Impact]
The gnome desktop may freeze while running sleepgraph/sleep test.
There are xe driver errors in the dmesg
[19614.917644] ubuntu-202411-36032 kernel: xe 0000:00:02.0: [drm] GT0: Engine

Kernel-submitted job timed out
[Fix]
The commit from v6.16-rc1 fixes the issue.
0ee54d5cacc0 drm/xe/sched: stop re-submitting signalled jobs
[Test]
Run fwts s3 test multiple times, there should be no any xe driver call trace in
the dmesg, and gnome desktop should keep working after the test.
[Where problems could occur]
It adds more checks to prevent the job to be submitted twice during suspending.
Should be pretty safe to include this.
