## This one works:

me$ zsync 
"http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/releases/24.04/release/xubuntu-24.04.2-minimal-amd64.iso.zsync";

## Conclusion

It seems that zsync can download from http but not from https.

This is confusing, because on
https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/releases/24.04/release/ I get links
to https sources, and there's no warning neither on the page nor in the
man page that https is not supported
