Public bug reported:
Experienced immediately after update & reboot 0.17-3ubuntu0.24.04.1
Reverting to 0.17-3build1 fixed the issue.
Sometimes the lockup would be the entire system, or just the DE, or just
the game. Tried multiple games (Satisfactory and Enshrouded).
Switching (GNOME) apps away from a game (fullscreen or fullscreen
windowed) and then back would always result in a lockup.
I'm on PopOS and `ubuntu-bug` says it's not a PopOS package and aborted.
