I have enabled the plucky-proposed repository and tested the new package. Package tested: `libpciaccess0` version `0.17-3ubuntu0.25.04.2` Testing performed: I installed the proposed package and rebooted my system 3 times. Result: The system now boots correctly into the graphical desktop every time. The black screen issue is resolved. This package fixes the bug for me.
