Thanks for catching this and reporting it.
To get the library, you need to install libpipewire-0.3-modules-extra.
The ffado plugin was recently moved from libpipewire-0.3-modules to
-extra because it has a universe dependency (libffado-dev).
Unfortunately, the man pages are glob-installed from
libpipewire-0.3-modules still. They need to split up to reflect the new
situation.
