It appears you changed the permissions of, or installed your own
/usr/bin/ssh:
unable to make backup link of './usr/bin/ssh' before installing new
version: Operation not permitted
I don't know precisely what you might have changed. Please try forcibly
removing and then reinstalling the openssh-client package.
