Public bug reported:

I am using the XMWXSB03YM mouse.

It works fine when paired.

The problem is that it doesn't pair automatically when I reboot my
laptop.

To connect, I have to manually pair it by pressing the Bluetooth pairing
button under the mouse again for 3 seconds.

If I leave the mouse unattended for a long time, it goes to sleep and
loses the connection.

If you leave the mouse in sleep mode for an extended period of time, it
will disconnect in the same way. You must press and hold the manual
pairing button under the mouse again for 3 seconds to reconnect.
