i've added `linux-meta` based on the statement

"BTRFS team believes this is a Ubuntu's Kernel related issue."

1. is this still an issue? there have been 6 more months of updates to the LTS
kernel
2. is this present using the current version of `btrfs-progs` with the HWE
kernel in 24.04, currently at 6.11?

What I need to understand is if there's an issue in the kernel which
need a patch, an issue with combination of kernel + userspace version of
btrfs-progs, and and if there was anything upstream reported for it. My
initial searches haven't turned up much, but I'm not tuned into the
kernel lists as tightly as others.
