We regularly update ClamAV versions in ubuntu when upstream support for
it is no longer available, as when a release goes EOL it is no longer
possible to download database updates.
In this case, ClamAV 0.103 will be end of life 2 months from now, so we
have updated to the latest LTS release with this update so that database
download can continue uninterrupted.
Unfortunately, we weren't aware that the ClamAV packaging that we have
been shipping since Ubuntu 24.10 would not honour existing tcp port
configurations on upgrade. We apologize for the inconvenience this has
caused you.
