Public bug reported:

Deleted snapd snaps have started showing up in the side bar of my file
browser (nautilus). And they are quite a hassle to get rid of.

This week's deleted item - there was another one last week -is listed in
the side bar as "53 MB Volume". Clicking on it pops up a message that
reads: "Unable to access 53 MB Voume: Error mount /dev/loopXX at
/media/username/disk: /dev/loopXX already mounted or mount point busy"
(I have replaced the username and loop numbers here).

The deleted snap also shows in the side bar of the "disks" app. I can
manually delete it there but that does not remove it from nautilus. I
takes a reboot.

These leftovers are missing from the output of snap list --all and systemctl
list-units. Neither is the item present in /var/lib/snapd/snaps. For example,
the ghost snap currently appearing in nautilus is snapd-24938.snap. No sign of
it when I run snap list --all:

snapd 2.70+g131.275c63d 24962 latest/edge
   canonical✓ snapd,disabled
snapd 2.70+g137.f900a7e 24975 latest/edge
   canonical✓ snapd

Running systemctl list-units | grep snap-snapd likewise reports only
  snap-snapd-24962.mount

  snap-snapd-24975.mount
