Public bug reported:

When creating a new folder, the popup isn't described by the screen
reader, so the user has no context of what is expected.

[ Impact ]

An user that relies on a screen reader will lack context when the
desktop opens a Rename popup and notifies a "Text entry", thus making it
much harder to work with.

This has been fixed upstream with https://gitlab.com/rastersoft/desktop-
icons-ng/-/merge_requests/449

[ Test plan ]

* Enable the screen reader
* In the desktop, click over a file icon and select "Rename"
* A popup will appear and it will say just the name of the file and "Text".
With the patch, it will also say "File name".

[ Where problems could occur ]

This patch just add an accessibility label, so, in general, any possible
problem should be just wrong accessibility data spoken through the
screen reader, but no impact is expected for the average user.

** Affects: gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
