It incl. a link to an entire build log: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/792009194/buildlog_ubuntu-questing-ppc64el.boost1.88_1.88.0-1ubuntu2_BUILDING.txt.gz The log is very verbose, but searching for <compileflags> and/or --cxxflags will provide the info how it's compiled.
