NOTE: The package that needs removed is lxqt-qt5plugin, **NOT lxqt-
qtplugin-qt5**.
This package's functionality is provided by lxqt-qtplugin-qt5 already.
lxqt-qt5plugin is from the Debian LXQt Team and Lubuntu intentionally
does not use Debian's LXQt stack due to differences in packaging
practices. lxqt-qt5plugin should be remove and sync blacklisted.
