I submitted an full report. What information do You need more?
I don't know whitch *element* of systemd-networkd causes an error in dmesg.
It appears occasionally and looks very randomly.

On the same machine:
I tested Ubuntu 25.04 with v257 there is no such errors.

If you consider this bug as important please update systemd package in
24.04. I could test package before going to 'noble-proposed'.
