Public bug reported: Ubuntu 2024.04 ships with a non-working version of WSClean: a library is missing, causing the error `libradler.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory`, which makes the package unusable. This bug was reported in the Debian package (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1070237), and fixed in later packages (v3.4-2 and onward), but unfortunately it seems that v3.4-1 made it to Ubuntu 2024.04.
People keep reporting this bug (e.g. https://gitlab.com/aroffringa/wsclean/-/issues/192 ). Is it possible to backport v3.4-3 to Ubuntu 2024.04, or otherwise to remove the package altogether from Ubuntu 2024.04 ? ** Affects: wsclean (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2117042 Title: Noble Numbat ships with non-working version of WSClean To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wsclean/+bug/2117042/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
