Public bug reported:

I've observed some improper behavior where trying to run Enroot via
`enroot start ... <squash file>` (which starts container using overlayfs
rather than permanent light permanently like `enroot create`) on 22.04
(with the Ubuntu provided fuse-overlayfs) causes processes to actually
block the server from shutting down (you get stuck processes in dmesg).

This is related to the fix in fuse-overlayfs past version 1.7, so it is
required to have at least 1.10 to get it solved.
Currently Jammy contains 1.7 that causes the issue to happen.

** Affects: fuse-overlayfs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
