Public bug reported:
This is necessary to build important software in the Qt ecosystem such as more
recent versions of GammaRay.
Qt5 packages had the -private version.
More generally, Qt private headers should never be stripped, just because Qt
does not officially support them does not mean that apps cannot depend on them.
Most open-source software is not supported by definition and still is in the
ubuntu repos.
