The default llvm in questing points to llvm 20, that is exactly 20.1.7, and
with that newer than the commit 8424bf207efd and was upstream accepted into
llvmorg-20.1.0-rc1.
Hence the commit is incl. (I also double check in a few places in the code).
Version 20.1.7 even incl. commit "Support z17 processor name and scheduler
description"

that introduced the name z17 on top of arch15.
Hence I'm updating the status of this request to Fix Released and close it.
