I can confirm that editing grub:
sudo nano /etc/default/grub
And changing:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash i915.enable_psr=0"
And then rebooting, solved the problem in a Dell Optiplex 5080 SFF (Intel
Corporation CometLake-S GT2 [UHD Graphics 630] (rev 03)
