Public bug reported:
racket-mode is FTBFS due to declaring Build-Depends on libjpeg62-turbo-
dev, which is not available in the Ubuntu archive, whe libjpeg-dev
virtual package is instead provided by libjpeg-turbo8-dev. Depending on
the virtual package instead of the distro-specific implementation would
fix the issue.
