A kernel "panic" is different than a kernel update failing to install.
Please clarify what you're seeing.
The logs show:
dkms autoinstall on 6.14.0-24-generic/x86_64 failed for broadcom-sta(10)
which sounds like duplicate of bug 2117307.
Please attach /var/lib/dkms/broadcom-sta/6.30.223.271/build/make.log
