I only have ktux-kde4 from the
"http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-members-kde4/ubuntu"; repository:
$ LANG=C apt-cache policy ktux-kde4
ktux-kde4:

4:3.97.0-0ubuntu3~gutsy1~ppa3 0
-1 http://ppa.launchpad.net gutsy/main Packages
I think that it's an obsolete package and/or only meant for Gutsy.
Are you using Gutsy?
