Hey, I'd like to add to this that this also happens not just when suspending and resuming, but can happen at any time when using the computer, ie just working for a couple of hours and then just suddenly caps lock is unsynchronised.
I'd like to also add that only input to applications is unsynchronised, but the Gnome search window behaves correctly.
