Great progress! I can see all your crashes are the same issue:

  gnome-shell[2835]: Received an X Window System error.
  This probably reflects a bug in the program.
  The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)'.

  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
  that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
  To debug your program, run it with the MUTTER_SYNC environment
  variable to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
  backtrace from your debugger if you break on the mtk_x_error() function.)

Please add MUTTER_SYNC=1 to /etc/environment and reboot. Then we will
wait for more crashes to confirm the origin of the error. Although using
Wayland instead of Xorg should also avoid it.
