I'm using Ubuntu 24.04 LTS with Linux kernel 6.14 on a laptop that has a
built-in AzureWave AW-CB295NF wireless module, which uses the Realtek
RTL8822BE chipset.
While the WiFi works perfectly using the `rtw88` driver, the Bluetooth
does not work at all. The system detects the hardware via `lsusb`, and
the `btusb` module is loaded, but no Bluetooth controller is available
in `bluetoothctl` or GNOME settings.
