I've tried all following now, it still does not work * ~/.config/wireplumber/wireplumber.conf.d/ did not exist at all * rm -rf ~/.local/state/wireplumber * wpctl settings --save device.routes.default-sink-volume 0.2 * systemctl --user restart wireplumber
Now it resets to 50% volume when i unplug the monitor, but when i plug the monitor in i still get 100%, regardless of the previous setting. See attached log with verbose mode on. ** Attachment added: "volumeissuedebug_verbose.log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/2116083/+attachment/5896467/+files/volumeissuedebug_verbose.log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2116083 Title: Audio volume is reset to 100% every time external monitor is plugged in To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/2116083/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
