Andrea was so nice to upload 11.6 to Experimental over the weekend,
merging that.

The difference for both are just the expected mechanical updates.

https://libvirt.org/news.html points to various bug fixes, and a few new 
features but nothing that we'd expect to break things.
Interesting for rel-notes are IMHO:
- qemu: Add support for NVMe disks (emulation for testing IMHO)
- qemu: add support for AMD IOMMU device
- qemu: virtio-scsi for ARM and RISC-V and now being the default (better guest 
support)
- qemu: Allow control over QEMU TLS priority strings (bug mitigation, but also 
more control)

OK, with that this should (tm) be just a rebase.
