This is not a bug in Ubuntu or the kernel. tuxedo-keyboard is deprecated
and has been integrated into tuxedo-drivers:
https://gitlab.com/tuxedocomputers/development/packages/tuxedo-drivers

See bug 2119398 (I can't mark duplicate because its marked as a
duplicate of a generic "kernel module failed to build" bug.)
