Public bug reported:
If I have placed the dock on the right side, then in Activities view, I am
unable to drag and drop an open window from current to the next workspace on
the right.
I think the system is unable to figure out if I am dropping the window on the
dock or the new workspace.
The problem does not exist if the dock is placed on the left side of the
desktop, which is the default dock position.
