Ubuntu(4.7.5+repack1-1ubuntu7) is currently carrying diff in
d/p/fortify-source.patch on fixing FTBFS due to `_FORTIFY_SOURCE`, which is no
longer needed for the latest debian version

In this case, there is no need for the diff we carry. We should sync
veyon rather than merge with the latest Debian version (4.9.7+repack1-1)
