Public bug reported:

In questing please remove src:shortwave and all of its binaries, they
block the transition of glycin and shortwave upstream has not yet
published a release that is compatible with the new version of glycin:
bug 2120186

The git main branch was updated to work with the new version of glycin,
but the change is not included in any tagged release yet. Updating to a
new version (such as through a git snapshot) would also require
vendoring the rust dependencies, because it is a rust package synced
from debian where some new dependencies aren't packaged yet.

It is late in the questing cycle to address this properly; removing the
package from questing would be the safer option. For questing, users can
obtain Shortwave from other sources such as the snap store or flathub.

bin:shortwave is the only binary produced, and it is a leaf package:

$ reverse-depends shortwave
> No reverse dependencies found

$ ./checkrdepends --no-ports --include-provides --suite questing --archive-base
'http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu' shortwave
>
