> Loupe vendors in lcms2 even though we have it in main. The build logs are not verbose enough for me to be confident of what we're doing in this package -- are we using the vendored version or are we using the version that we've already committed to supporting?
Specifically, this is debian/missing-sources/lcms2-sys/vendor/ and then see the lcms2-sys/src/ for the Rust wrapping code with the rest of the Rust code in missing-sources/lcms2/ The upstream project has a little more detail: https://github.com/kornelski/rust-lcms2-sys My initial thinking is that yes, this is a code copy. I don't think we want to attempt to strip this out at this time. For one thing, we need the lcms2 source code but there isn't currently an Ubuntu binary package that provides the source code. Please note that the lcms2-sys code is also copied in at least glycin and gnome-snapshot. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2115989 Title: [MIR] loupe To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/loupe/+bug/2115989/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
