I created a test kernel, version 6.16.0-14.14~lp2105402, which is the
same as 6.16.0-14 with the addition of commit "UBUNTU: SAUCE: hack:
efi/libstub: enable t14s boot failure hack only". You can find it in the
PPA at https://launchpad.net/~kevinbecker/+archive/ubuntu/lp2105402

You can install this kernel with the following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kevinbecker/lp2105402
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

Then reboot, and you should be running the test kernel. Once installed
and running, you can confirm the kernel via `uname -a`. Here's an
example output with the test kernel:

~$ uname -a
Linux questing-lp2105402 6.15.0-4-generic #4-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Fri Jul
 4 14:41:53 UTC 2025 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Please see if this kernel fixes your issue and then I'll submit the
patch for questing to the kernel mailing list.
