* Enabled proposed channel.
* Upgraded all the systemd's packages from 257.4-1ubuntu3.1 to 257.4-1ubuntu3.2.

$ sudo apt install systemd=257.4-1ubuntu3.2 libnss-
systemd=257.4-1ubuntu3.2 libpam-systemd=257.4-1ubuntu3.2
libsystemd0=257.4-1ubuntu3.2 libsystemd-shared=257.4-1ubuntu3.2 systemd-
sysv=257.4-1ubuntu3.2 udev=257.4-1ubuntu3.2 libudev1=257.4-1ubuntu3.2
systemd-oomd=257.4-1ubuntu3.2 systemd-resolved=257.4-1ubuntu3.2 systemd-
timesyncd=257.4-1ubuntu3.2 systemd-cryptsetup=257.4-1ubuntu3.2

* After that, check the brightness value, reboot, check the brightness
value again, it could keep the same actual brightness now.
